• Respect our equipment, studio space, and staff during studio rentals or sessions

3. Booking and Payment

• Clients are required to confirm session times and agree to payment terms in advance
• Any rescheduling should be communicated at least 24 hours before the session

4. Intellectual Property

• Any music, audio, or video content produced in collaboration with Global Music Empire remains the intellectual property of the respective artists, unless otherwise agreed
• Global Music Empire retains the right to showcase completed projects for promotional purposes with the client’s consent

5. Studio Use and Conduct

• Our studio is a faith-respecting space. We do not accommodate secular content
• Disrespectful or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in session termination without refund

6. Limitation of Liability

Global Music Empire is not liable for:

• Any loss or damage resulting from delays or technical issues
• Loss of recorded material due to circumstances beyond our control

We reserve the right to change these terms at any time. Continued use of our website and services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
